Fremont loses 3-2.
Fremont takes 4th place out of 12 and each team member gets a small trophy. The weather was great, the bathrooms clean, the food hot and good. It was a well run tournament and the credit goes to Bay Oaks for that. There was a near fight among the parents at the Sunday Fremont Boys U-12 game. Fremont had three parents playing very large drums and singing to the extent the opposing parents objected. The Fremont parents and one of the opposing parents had a shouting match which ended without violence, but it was the closest to a big problem I have seen in 10 years of kids soccer. You can't and shouldn't write a rule to cover every type of noisemaking at a match. Still, if Fremont Boys U-12 is allowed to continue in this manner, other Fremont teams may also find themselves unwelcome at tournaments.
